Andrew Grossman, ARNP, is the founder of Collaborative Care PLLC, drawing on experience since 2008 of care for nursing home residents and patients with complex medical needs across King County. He has been certified in wound care since 2014, certified in hospice and palliative care since 2017, and trained in foot care with Dr Julie Overstreet — a combination that shapes how he practices: skilled, hands-on clinical care paired with honest conversations about goals, comfort, and quality of life.
